  • It is an iron kettle with a koshikiguchi whose mouth edge stands straight up.

    Koshiki is said to have this name because it resembles "Koshiki", a pottery for steaming rice that originated in ancient China.

    Katsuhisa Sato's original technique "insect eating" is applied to the wings.

    The knob on the lid imitates the fruit of paulownia, and the bag is used for the bag (handle).

    The interior is made of charcoal at 850 ° C to 900 ° C for about two and a half hours in a kettle-baking (unglazed) operation, which has been thoroughly treated to prevent gold and rust, and all processes are carefully created by hand.
